All private individual and group educational online intuitive coaching and or hypnosis programs consist of six (6) separate 25-minute sessions that are divided into two (2) separate modules. A minimum of one (1) three (3) twenty-five (25) minute session module is highly recommended. The first three (3) sessions deal specifically with orientation and practical applications that will help design a personalized and/or group program around the individual’s needs. The following three (3) sessions focus on bringing about advance meaningful results with an added emphasis on developing positive thinking habits and significant permanent life changes. Each educational online intuitive coaching and or hypnosis session will last approximately twenty-five (25) minutes in length, and is usually scheduled one week apart. Upon completion of the first three (3) sessions, a second set of three (3) sessions may be scheduled according to the doctor’s discretion, but usually at the client’s request. Each additional three (3) scheduled sessions will last approximately twenty-five (25) minutes each in length. Should any one (1) or group of set session(s) be postponed and/or delayed for any reason(s), the following will apply immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS.

No one (1) and/or group of session(s) will be delayed more than thirty (10) days. Should the client not schedule themselves for an appointment and/or should he or she not be present for any one (1) or group of delayed or postponed paid session(s) within ten (10) days from the date of the last attended or scheduled session, then the client fully understands that they will forfeit all of the scheduled time and monies paid of their own free will and that Robert Allen Fahey, Ph.D., BioHealth Counseling Center, Inc., nor any of its staff will NOT be responsible to make up such time or expense. The total cost for the first set of three (3) sessions is $450.00 per person, payable in advance. Prior to the start of the first session, $450.00 will be due. Payments can be made in advance online through Paypal. No exceptions will be made. Once the payment of $450.00 is received, the total amount of $450.00 will become NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE to another educational educational online intuitive coaching and or hypnosis program and/or person.

The next payment of $450.00 is due and payable prior to and no later than on the date of the third scheduled session and will automatically become NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE upon receipt.

The first payment of $450.00 will cover the cost of registration and application fees, and for the initial administrative work, program planning and preparation for the first three (3) permanently planned and/or scheduled sessions. There will be a charge of $450.00 for the scheduling of each additional set of three (3) sessions being needed or requested by the client.
 
IMPORTANT NOTE #1: The payment of $450.00 for each additional set of three (3) sessions is due and payable in ADVANCE (specifically prior to or on the date the third session of each module. The client must fully understand that each $450.00 paid in advance for each additional set of three (3) sessions being scheduled will automatically become NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE to another person and/or program upon receipt and acceptance into the future sessions. The Client must also understand that the second set of three (3) sessions is not required to be taken, but will be set aside tentatively should the client want or need to plan to apply for them for the purpose of increasing greater self-development, success and achievement of specific goals.
 
NOTE #2: Should any one (1) twenty-five (25) minutes session last more than 10 minutes over a scheduled appointment in progress, an additional one (1) 25-minute session will be recorded whether the added time provided equals an extra full twenty-five (25) minute session.
